    Did you know our bodies protect us when things get to be "too much"? We store overwhelming stress, traumas, and memories in our tissues until we're able to process them later. Most commonly, people talk about this as holding their stress in their shoulders or hips or _______. I hold a safe, non judgmental space to help your body find some reprieve and then gladly follow your lead. You can talk about whatever is on your mind, we can share interesting educational info, or you can meditate/snooze peacefully during your session. It's up to you!

  • No pain, ALL the gain!

    There’s absolutely no need to add stress and tension to your system to be deeply effective with massage. We’ll work together to find your ideal range of intensity and pressure to help your tissue heal rather than adding more stress and tension to your system. Although it is common to feel a bit sore after a massage, you should never leave with more pain than the pain you’ve been experiencing.
